About

For over 14 years, I’ve coached strength and endurance with a focus on longevity.

I served six years in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper — an experience that formed my approach to discipline, resilience, and long-term growth. After the military, I continued serving through coaching, from owning my own gym to volunteering as an assistant strength coach at Metro Christian Academy and leading summer sports camps across multiple disciplines.

Today, I work primarily with beginners and runners who want to build strength without burning out or breaking down.

Strength isn’t just physical. It’s stewardship. It’s leadership. It’s showing up consistently — even when no one is watching.

Adam’s Running Thoughts is more than a coaching platform.
It’s a journal on movement, discipline, and building a life that lasts.
